Everything started on a warm morning in June 26th 1967 in Vicente Lopez, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina
Curiosity and passion led him to train in Drawing and Painting, since he was 16 years old with the master Don Joan Orihuel, an artist born in Barcelona in 1907, who was a painter of the Spanish Government Chamber, professor at the School of Fine Arts of Girona , portraitist of great spanish and argentinian personalities. He also studied at the Instituto Nacional de Restauración de Buenos Aires.
Miguel Ángel Protzman, from a very young age, gave himself up to research to deepen his knowledge about the techniques of the Great Masters of Painting, and reached the most important Museums in Europe and Argentina.
Since 1995 he has been dedicated to mural painting, portraits, landscapes, still lifes, etc., developing a unique and unmistakable style within REALISM.
When a great teacher is a teacher creator
In the year 2000 in the city of Pergamino, Prov. Of Buenos Aires, Miguel began to teach and work in paintings and murals, as an artistic decorator within Architecture. He began to participate in exhibitions and art shows in different cities of the country.
In 2003, he settled in Mar del Plata. It is the moment in which the path of application of all your learning flow to teaching and to the production of Works begins.
Maturity between the River Plate and the Sea
Since 2014, he has been living in San Isidro. The breeze of the Paraná´s Delta begins to be a crucial influence in the spirit of his work. Also to consolidate his teaching work between the gilding of the river and the blue of the sea.
